The DOLORES house has three spacious bedrooms, each tastefully decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor which share a bathroom and a beautifully furnished kitchen and large living room. Upstairs, there is a separate double bedroom with en-suite bathroom accessed via an outside staircase and to a terrace.
The main living area opens onto a beautiful terrace, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals, relaxing in the sun or simply enjoying the view. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and everything you need to prepare your meals.
The accommodation is air-conditioned for your comfort, ensuring a pleasant temperature at all times of the year. In addition, ceiling fans are installed in the main rooms for extra ventilation. There is also free Wi-Fi and cable and satellite TV for your entertainment. Two bicycles are available so you can explore the surrounding area and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Access to a private and public car park is available, offering great parking convenience. The house also has two large communal swimming pools, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the Spanish sunshine. Finally, for lovers of outdoor cooking, a large plancha is available, perfect for barbecues and convivial evenings.
Guest access
The house is located in a private, gated urbanisation, offering great security for you and your loved ones. You can access the villa directly through a gate and once inside the urbanisation, you can park either in a private car park or in front of the villa, guaranteeing easy and convenient access.
On arrival, our city manager will hand you the keys and welcome you to ensure your stay gets off to the best possible start. All you need to do is let us know your arrival time.

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
By car:
The house is easily accessible by car. From the AP-7 motorway, take exit 763 towards Villamartin. Follow the signs for Villamartin and continue along the CV-941. Once in Villamartin, follow the signs to Orihuela Costa. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, with easy access to private and public parking.
By train:
The nearest train station is Torrevieja, approximately 10 km from the villa. From the station, you can take a taxi or hire a car to the villa. The taxi journey takes around 15 minutes. Local bus services are also available, connecting Torrevieja with Orihuela Costa.
By air:
The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche International Airport (ALC), approximately 50 km from the villa. There are several options for getting to the villa from the airport:
By hire car: A number of car hire agencies are available at the airport. Follow the AP-7 motorway towards Villamartin, then follow the signs for Orihuela Costa. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.
By taxi: Taxis are available from the airport. The taxi journey to the villa takes approximately 45 minutes.
By bus: Bus services are available from the airport to Torrevieja, from where you can take a taxi or local bus to the villa in Orihuela Costa.

Other things to note
DEPOSIT
We use an innovative bank imprint system for the deposit. This method does not require your credit card to be debited. Your deposit will be pre-authorised on your card on arrival. This pre-authorisation will be cancelled in the days following your departure, provided that the flat is left in a satisfactory condition.
Photos for the inventory of fixtures :
On arrival and departure, we will ask you to take photos of the condition of the flat via our traveller app. This will help us to ensure transparency and to quickly resolve any issues regarding the condition of the property.
